Can two bedrooms make one happy marriage

Can two bedrooms make one happy marriage?

It’s now officially a substantial trend: a study by the National Sleep Foundation found that 25 percent of couples sleep in separate rooms. That’s one in four couples! Many who choose to sleep separately are reluctant to discuss it, but for most people, the decision to sleep in separate beds is a practical decision. It seems that sleep is elusive when you bed down with a partner who snores, tosses relentlessly, traipses to the restroom repeatedly, hogs the covers or is drenched in sweat each night.

One partner often retreats to a guest room, kid’s bed or the family room sofa while hoping that people won’t assume the worst about their relationship. By 2015, The National Association of Home Builders says that it expects 60 percent of custom-built homes to include dual master bedrooms for this exact reason. “It’s important for couples facing these issues to try their best to avoid being influenced by negative social stigma and [others’] judgment around sleeping apart and be as creative and innovative in finding solutions that work for them,” says Manhattan psychologist Dr. Joseph Cilona. And while sleeping in separate beds may solve some issues, it’s not always a perfect solution. Sleeping separately may mean you’re both getting better rest, but will it chip away at the romance or take a toll on overall intimacy? Some folks think that sleeping apart robs a marriage of its special connection.
Here’s how couples can combat living as roomies and keep close, cozy and connected even if they sleep in different beds:

1. Stay touchy-feely with each other. Even when couples don’t hold each other all night long, a lot of touching goes on while you’re falling asleep. Touch enhances the sense of intimacy and it also has a measurable biological effect: it stimulates the production of oxytocin, the hormone that deepens human bonding.

Separate-bed solution: “Make a real effort to stay touchy-feely during the day. Don’t just walk by each other; stop for a casual kiss or a loving pat. Hold hands on the couch and cuddle while you watch TV in the evening before bed,” suggests Beverly Hills psychiatrist Dr. Carole Lieberman, author of Bad Girls: Why Men Love Them & How Good Girls Can Learn Their Secrets (Cogito Media Group, 2010). “Couples need to make an extra effort if they sleep apart to consciously make up for the loss of loving touch. It’s not only important for holding onto the romance — touch is vital to emotional and physical health.”

2. Engage in pillow talk. You may have lots of focused conversations about your kids, the car, work and the dog, but there’s also intimacy in the kind of pillow talk couples engage in as they relax before falling asleep. Good marriages thrive on these private, unplanned conversations that may vanish when you start sleeping separately.

Separate-bed solution: Try to fall asleep together in the same bed with the understanding that if one partner disrupts the other’s sleep, that person will slip off to a different room during the night. The one who wakes up first can join the other for pillow chat in the morning. Lieberman suggests taking your pillow talk “to go” — while snuggling on a porch, in front of a fire, in the garden or in any cozy corner of the home — with candles, soft music, strawberries and whipped cream before retreating to separate sleeping arrangements.

3. Plan your romps between the sheets together. If you’re not snoozing together, you might end up having less sex. But psychologists say that many couples’ sex lives are enhanced by sleeping in separate rooms — in fact, it can even lead to greater desire for a partner or more frequent sexual encounters.

Separate-bed solution: “Instead of the ‘familiarity breeds contempt’ effect that sleeping together can bring — along with morning breath and bed head — you can present yourself at your most appetizing best,” says Lieberman. Women should forego their flannel pajamas for sexy lingerie instead. Light candles, take a bath or shower together, and invite your partner “over” to the bed he or she doesn’t usually sleep in. Create a “love nest” atmosphere and be spontaneous about where you will make love that night before you go to sleep.

4. Find other ways to sustain your emotional connection. It’s easy for any couple to get caught up in the daily grind and take each other for granted. If you’re not sharing a bed nightly, it may be even easier to miss each other’s cues for connecting emotionally.

Separate-bed solution: “Look for ways to be able to lie down together, even if it’s not sleeping with each other every night. Just some quiet time [spent] holding each other can help deepen your relationship,” says Dr. Elizabeth Lombardo, psychologist and author of A Happy You: Your Ultimate Prescription for Happiness (Morgan James, 2009). Look for other ways to connect outside the bedroom, such as having at least one date night each week, engaging in a hobby or fun activity together — not just paying bills and doing household chores. Make breakfast dates (and keep them fresh) by planning a picnic on the floor, for example; other ideas could include eating on the porch or enjoying breakfast in bed together. “You shouldn’t sleep and eat separately — or it’s a recipe for disaster and divorce,” says Lieberman.

Think men are the unfaithful sex? A study shows WOMEN are the biggest cheats - they're just better at lying about it

Are men or women more likely to cheat? While men have always had a worse reputation for being unfaithful, recent studies show that women are catching up fast - but we are a lot more likely to lie about it, and a lot less likely to get caught.
Simply put, it seems that women are better at having affairs than men.
The news that Farrah Fawcett had a secret affair for 11 years without telling a soul is a classic example of the way a woman cheats: discreetly, in secret, and while carrying on with the rest of her life as normal.
Television Programme: Desperate Housewives JESSE METCALFE, EVA LONGORIA
Cheating housewife: Eva Longoria played a woman who had an affair with her gardener, played by Jesse Metcalfe, in Desperate Housewives

It has been met with hot denials by Ryan O'Neal, but - and I'm sorry to break it to you this way, Ryan - you'd be the last to know.
According to Dr David Holmes, a psychologist at Manchester Metropolitan University, women are having more affairs than ever - recent studies say the figure is around 20 per cent for men and a bit over 15 per cent for women - but they behave very differently from men when they cheat.
'The biggest difference is that women are much better at keeping their affairs secret,' he says. 'If you look at the studies into paternity, even conservative figures show that between eight and 15 per cent of children haven't been fathered by the man who thinks he's the biological parent.'
That's a lot of women keeping a lot of secrets. One woman I know - let's call her Juliet - has been married to Adrian for ten years, and having an affair with Mark for the past two.
She has told me and her sister - otherwise, she says, she's '100 per cent certain' that nobody else knows.
'I won't allow Mark to call me on my mobile or email me, ever. Mobiles and email leave a trail. I insist we talk on our office landlines, and when we meet for drinks or dinner, we pay with cash.
'We work in the same field, so meeting for lunch doesn't look suspicious. If we meet in the evening, I tell Adrian I'm with my sister, and meet Mark a few miles away, where we won't bump into anyone.'
Secret affair: Ryan O'Neal knew nothing of partner Farrah Fawcett's alleged infidelity
Secret affair: Ryan O'Neal knew nothing of partner Farrah Fawcett's alleged infidelity

Does she feel guilty about the affair? 'Not so long as Adrian doesn't find out. You know the 11th commandment: don't get caught.'
Women have always had affairs, but over the past 20 years that number has risen dramatically.
Jobs outside the home - with the ready-made excuse of working late or business travel - financial independence and changing social attitudes mean that modern women simply have more opportunity to meet other men and start affairs.
Mobile phones, internet chat rooms and email also make it easier to fuel intimate encounters.
But while women's lives and sexual behaviour might have changed, their willingness to be honest about it hasn't.

We lie so much that often we don't even think of it as lying at all, but as 'relationship management'

The truth is that we have always lied about our sex lives. British men consistently claim to have had more partners than women - the current average is 13, while women claim to have had only nine.
Plainly, someone is lying here. While men might exaggerate their sexual conquests, the bigger liars are women.
When studies about sexual partners or fidelity use a mixture of face-to-face interviews and anonymous computer questionnaires, men will give the same answers to both, but women will report much higher numbers when the answers are anonymous.
Why do women lie? Because we must, and because we can. In spite of apparent equality and a more sexually open society, we are still more harshly judged for our sex lives than men.
Can you imagine a leading female politician having an affair and her husband standing loyally by her?
Colleagues having an affair
Behind closed doors: Working women have more opportunities to have affairs
Or the reaction to a female CEO having a public affair with her young male assistant?
There is something particularly humiliating for a man about being made a cuckold. So we lie to protect ourselves from the judgments of others, and because sexual 'reputation' still matters more to women, whether we like it or not.
But we also lie naturally and instinctively, as a way to manage and control our relationships, to protect our partners and our families, and to keep our options open.
In fact, we lie so much and for so many reasons that often we don't even think of it as lying at all, but as 'relationship management'.
Women are taught to lie from childhood. Those simple, altruistic lies such as saying we've had a lovely time when we haven't, that someone looks nice when she doesn't, or that we're delighted with a gift we don't really like, are just some of the small ways that lying oils the wheels of our social lives, keeps the peace, and makes other people happy.
Girls will lie to protect someone's feelings or to build a relationship. Honesty, in these circumstances, looks highly overrated, and we quickly learn the value and power of being economical with the truth in relationships.
Many women also develop a habit of secrecy about smaller issues in their relationship as a way of maintaining some kind of control.
It's common, for example, for women to lie to their partners about how much money they have spent - even when they don't need to.

It's not just a question of avoiding the inevitable row over the 'worth it' factor of a pair of killer heels, but of holding something back in order to maintain a sense of emotional independence, and to balance out the power we might feel our partner has in other aspects of the relationship.
A recent survey by a leading building society also found that women are much more likely than men to have a 'secret' account with money their partner knows nothing about.
'My mother always used to say that you should never tell a man everything,' says Clare, 38, 'and I thought it was rubbish. I believed in total honesty.
'But now I agree with her. Why explain yourself over every little thing? Why have a huge row over something he needn't even know about? I never tell him about my girlfriends' secrets, because he'd be judgmental and disapproving.

Women are better liars because they're more psychologically sophisticated

'I don't have a secret account, but I'm not completely honest about how much money I spend. If he doesn't know, he doesn't miss it.'
Harmless? Maybe. But it's easy to see how a climate of withholding and keeping smaller secrets can easily lead to bigger ones.
'Women are better liars because they're more psychologically sophisticated,' says Dr Holmes. 'You can argue about whether it's nature or nurture, but women are programmed to be much more relationship and people orientated than men.
'Emotionally, they make plans and have strategies, while men are more impulsive.'
From a young age, he says, women will start to consider the kind of life they want, what kind of job or house they aspire to, how many children they'd like and what kind of partner.
'Most men don't really develop that facility until they're much older. They live, psychologically, in the moment, while women think around corners and two steps ahead.'
Hillary stood by Bill Clinton when he had an affair, if it had been the other way around, would he have done the same?
Hillary stood by Bill Clinton when he had an affair, if it had been the other way around, would he have done the same?
We're also better at mental multi-tasking. 'You can keep all the different strands of a lie in your minds, remember them and make them convincing.'
Men lie, too, but they are much more likely to forget something, or make a mistake and get caught out.
When men have affairs, he says, they tend to be bigger risk-takers and naïve about how obvious their cheating is to an emotionally astute partner. They will also be bursting to tell someone about it.
'Men have more "trophy affairs" than women. They will often want to brag about it, or be so taken up by the sexual thrill of the affair that their behaviour is a giveaway.'
Women, on the other hand, are much more cool and rational, even when they're in the grip of passion.
'It's a myth that they're more romantic. They may confide in one or two very close women friends, but they compartmentalise their emotional lives and don't let the affair bleed into the rest of their lives.'
Like Farrah Fawcett, a former colleague of mine, Susan, now 50, had a long-term affair with Brian, a salesman she met, ironically enough, when she was buying her husband a car as a surprise 40th birthday present.

'I was clear from the start that I'd never leave my husband and family. Brian kept me sane during some of the tougher years of my marriage, but he was strictly for snatched afternoons off and the odd "working weekend" away,' she says.
Susan adds: 'We made each other laugh and our sex life was wonderful. But Brian was a permanent "man-child" - a great lover, but not the kind of man you'd marry.
'He was always overdrawn, always teetering on the edge of some crisis that he'd just laugh off. I never wanted to live with him.'
The affair ended amicably after eight years, with her husband none the wiser.
Cheating is never pretty, but lying about it doesn't necessarily make it worse. Often, our lies are meant to shield our partners and families from pain. We tell ourselves that if nobody knows, nobody gets hurt.
Dr Holmes says: 'Often, women keep the secret because they're much more conscious of how much there is to lose, and to protect the other people involved. If she has children, she'll be especially careful that they aren't hurt in any way by the knowledge of what she's doing.'

If you asked unfaithful men if they think their wives or girlfriends have had affairs, too, they will be shocked at the very thought

Like my friend Juliet, who has become so good at lying to her husband that she surprises even herself.
'Adrian and I have drifted apart, but he's a nice man, a good father. He doesn't deserve to be hurt, and I have no intention of letting my son grow up without his father.'
Biologically, too, women are programmed to be more careful about revealing an infidelity.
In purely evolutionary terms, men are programmed to sleep with lots of women, and women are programmed to attract and retain a quality mate.
Dr Holmes adds: 'She will be very canny and keep her options open until she decides which of the men she is going to choose.'
Another reason women lie more about their affairs is simply that they can get away with it.
Historically, a man has put a higher value on the fidelity of his woman because he needs to be sure that any children she has are really his.
This seems to produce a strange kind of emotional blindness in many men, once they've selected a partner to settle down with.
'Whenever we question men about fidelity,' says Dr Holmes, 'they will very often admit to their affairs.
'But if you then ask the same men if they think their wives or girlfriends have had affairs, too, they will be shocked at the very thought, or laugh and call it ridiculous.'
In other words, men want to think women don't cheat, and women want men to think they don't cheat. No wonder we're better at secret affairs.

How To Find Out If Your Boyfriend Is Cheating On You

Less contact. Otherwise, there are no ways to know - if you don't want her to know- don't mention it, and she doesn't spend enough time with you to see your body language or changed habits. Oh, and the gut feeling can play funny tricks when on a long-distance relationship, so mind that.
  • If you have been phoning or emailing each other and he contacts you less and less. If he was making an effort on his holidays or long weekends to come see you and he has stopped doing this, then it sounds like he has lost interest. Long distance relationships are tough to hang onto and please take solace in the fact that there are so many people who have long distance relationships that break-up. I would simply go visit him and see what is up (if you can) and communicate one-on-one and find out where your relationship stands. If he's ignoring you, then you must move on. There are a lot of other nice guys out there.
  • Two words: Unavailability and Inconsistency..these two things ALWAYS mean something is up.
  • Trust your intuition. I didn't think my boyfriend would ever cheat but there was this gut feeling that wasn't there before. The signs you should look for:
  1. His contact pattern with you changes. He doesn't instant message, call or send emails as often (or he starts sending more of them to cover up) or changes his routine times for doing these sorts of things, ie. he is unavailable when he used to available. Rather than wanting to spend all night chatting he has to cut his conversation with you short to "do something". I noticed my CBF's IM messages to me were lagging when we were online. I found out it was because he was talking to me and someone else at the same time.
  2. He starts talking about new places he "checked out on his own" or with new "friend(s)" when he is really not that kind of guy. Or, he starts talking to you about topics that never interested him before and not related to his work but is now compelling to him.
  3. He stops sharing details about his life. For instance, you have to draw out who these "new friend(s)" are and how they met etc. You may also notice when you are in town you never get to meet the "new friend(s)" because he wants to spend 24/7 with you (not true, but you will want to believe it). You may also notice that he doesn't take you to the "cool place" he discovered when he was out and about on his own or with his new "buddy". He gets angry at you or accuses you of controlling, snoopy or being bossy when you ask about his new friends. He reminds you that he is allowed to have friends that are just his friends not yours.
  4. He no longer wants you to tag along to the grocery store, to get his hair cut or other little errand (you will find he was off making a call to her or trying to meet with her). Before he wouldn't dream of leaving you at home alone.
  5. Rather than begging you to come down and see him he encourages you to catch up with your friends or work over the week-end or tells you that he has to work all week-end himself and he won't have much time for you if you come down so you might want to think of staying home (truth - he has a date with someone else).
  6. When you come down to see him he has spruced up his place or asks you to help him pick out some new towels or plates or some other housekeeping item he has never showed an interest in before (he wants to make a good impression on the new woman). Ditto on the clothing front. If he has invested in new clothes and is on a diet chances are pretty good that he isn't doing it to look good for you.
  7. You notice new bath products in the bathroom. New linens in the bedroom. Fresh flowers already in a vase looking a couple days old in his house. Or things that you placed in the bathroom are moved or no longer there.
  8. His computer now has a password when it didn't before. You notice that he now wipes out the history files on his computer (this is to make sure you can't follow what he has been up to - can you say dating web site). He switches the computer screen when you walk into the room or tries to hide the screen from you. He turns his computer off or no longer wants you to use it to surf or check your email.
  9. His car smells different or he starts using cologne or buys a new scent when he never used the stuff before.
  10. He starts being short or critical with you over little things. Or asks "why you don't ever ....." (fill in with something the new woman does he likes or even dislikes).
  11. He makes sure you have all your stuff before you leave. Before he began cheating my CBF could care less if I left something behind because I would get it another time.
  12. He switches tenses. When he used to talk about the two of you he is now just talking about himself, ie. "We should go to..." is now "I should go to ...". Other examples: "We should get a puppy" is now "I have been thinking of getting a puppy" or "Where should we go on vacation this year" is now "I am thinking of going to ..." or "Our house" is now "My house". Little subtle and not subtle shifts in talking.
  13. He comments on you losing or gaining weight when you have done no such thing. (Someone else he has been grabbing onto is bigger or smaller than you.)
  14. He likes clothes on you he used to hate on you. For me it was pointy toed pumps. My CBF used to hate it when I wore them and asked me not to wear them when we went out together. After he started cheating he told me he loved pointy toed pumps and I should get a pair.
  15. He starts accusing you of cheating on him when you are not together. This is reverse psychology or him trying to sooth his own. He may also start complaining more than usual about the long distance thing. He may encourage you to move to where he is or question where the relationship is going to. Instead of wanting to seriously talk about it though he quickly changes the topic. Again, this justifies in his mind his cheating.
  16. You catch him in a series of small nonsensical lies.
  17. He seems to have less money to do things with or doesn't want to go out and do things with you. (He is spending his money on dates with the new woman and is either pooped out from all that entertaining or doesn't want to risk being scene in public with you.)
  18. Your gut/intuition/6th sense whatever is screaming at you something is just not quite right.
  19. Please be reminded that they will lie, lie, and bold fast lie even though you may not have ever known them to be a liar about anything ever before. They will call you paranoid, psycho, jealous, unreasonable and just crazy because they love only you. I hit my CBF with cold hard irrefutable evidence of his cheating and he still lied about it.

Well the answer above is good but coming from a guy id say my friend told me he was cheating and i always went over 2 his house when his gf came over i had 2 hide under the bed or in the closet he truly did oblivious lieing. u should be able 2 tell if hes lieing.

1. When he acts different then usual.
2. When he thinks its all about him and refers to things that only has to do with him.
3. When you ask him a question about what he is doing, then he answers you with another quesstion.
4. When you tell him you love him and he hesitates to answer.
5.You catch an STD from him-disease -
sexually transmitted
6.Lube all over his arse-affair with another man
7.Too many calls from a number registered under a man's name-a trick or
Too many calls from a family member.Go through his mobile for these numbers when he is in the shower.

How to Tell If my Girlfriend Is Cheating?

There are many situations in which you may find that your girlfriend is being deceptive. No man enjoys the time when he discovers that his girlfriend has been cheating on him. Unfortunately, this situation occurs more frequently than you may like to know. Many men ask the question why? There is usually no one set reason why a woman may choose to cheat on you. There are, however, many possible reasons. Many women cheat on the men that they are in a relationship with simply because they wish to fill a void in their life. Perhaps another man has proven to display the qualities that the female finds appealing, or that man makes them feel "special" in a way that you have not.
Here, you will discover some likely signs that will inform you whether or not your girlfriend is cheating on you. It is important to understand that not every woman who displays these signs is cheating, but the probability of capturing these things in a woman who is, is quite likely. If you feel that you have discovered a cheating girlfriend, it is important to stay calm, refrain from accusing the woman, and not get angry. You should approach the situation in a friendly manner and speak in a concerned tone. This is much better way to get the truth out of anyone.
1. One of the first signs of a cheating girlfriend is when you start noticing that she is spending more and more time away from you. Many women and men alike use "work" as an excuse for an absence or tardiness. While this may prove to be an accurate reason for being away so much, it is possible that it is also being used as an excuse to visit another individual that the female is interested in.
2. The next sign that may indicate that your girlfriend is cheating on you is when she starts to become defensive. You may ask simple questions like "How was your day?", or "You really had to put in some overtime today, didnt you?" While these may seem to be innocent inquiries, the cheating girlfriend may view them as accusations.
3. If you notice that your girlfriend is implementing a lot of new changes into her life, it may be an indication that she is cheating. Your girlfriend may cut her hair, get a perm, color her hair, purchase a new wardrobe, join a gym, and similar other things. While it is true that many women spontaneously decide to implement changes in their life at one point or another, it is not likely that you will see a woman make a large number of drastic changes all at once unless there is some sort of motivation behind the action.
4. If you have discovered your girlfriend in something that is not true, you may need to be concerned that she is cheating. Deception is never a good sign, even if it is something small.
As you can see, there are many signs involved when it comes to determining if your girlfriend is cheating on you. It is important that you research these signs if you are concerned over the future of your relationship. You may also want to have a quiet, calm discussion with your girlfriend to determine if cheating is the cause for concern.

How to Advertise Your Business on Facebook for Free

With more than 64 million active users and around 250,000 new users joining every day, you can tap into the social networking revolution with a free page on Facebook for your blog or business … yes, I said free.
Previously you had to be BIG business with a BIG marketing budget to create a corporate or company Facebook account. Blockbuster Inc., CBS Corp., The Coca-Cola Co., Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. and Verizon Communications Inc., are examples of well known companies that have a corporate presence on Facebook. Facebook members could then become “fans” by adding your company as a friend.
Now, this option is open to any business. Businesses can add any content they want, including photos, videos and music. Facebook users can share information about a business directly with the company by adding reviews or other information to that business’ page. Small businesses now have the advantage that only Fortune 500 companies could afford previously. It’s simple: here’s how you do it:
Creating A Facebook Business Page
1. Visit this URL
2. Choose the best category for your business.
3. Just enter your business name and then click “Create Page”.
4. Now you can add a description of your business and a website address. You can also add a photo or logo. There are sections to add more photos, video
5. Then click on your hyperlinked business name in the top left corner and click “publish this page.”
6. Finally, from your new profile page, become a fan of your business. This is important as all of your “friends” will now be able to see your page when they visit your profile and it will be shown in the news feed that “Suzanne is a fan of Dot Com Mogul”. With some social networking, some of your Facebook friends will also add your business as a friend and then their friends will see a message… and on and on.
To the left is a screenshot of your admin panel. You can send updates to fans of the business and there’s a link to Promote Page with an Ad. You can also use the pages’ discussion board to start topics, list events, or write on “the wall”. I’ve just added a page for my blog, Dot Com Mogul. You can see it here. (While you’re there, add it as a friend :) I plan to add more interesting info and a video to it, but this is the beginning page with minimal information. If you’re wondering why you should do this, just check out the Facebook statistics below, and did I mention …. it’s free.

How to Get 1000 Visitors a Day | Website Traffic Tips

How To Get Traffic To Your Site Fast!

Getting traffic to your website can be exhausting and a hard battle. Some online marketers tend to give up rather quickly because of not getting enough traffic to their website. While it is not an impossible task, you will need determination and the right resources to starting getting at least 1000 visitors a day to your website. Here is how to do it really fast:

1.       Article Sites- Articles sites are a popular way to gain some readership, but they can also get you fast traffic from the search engines. Let me be clear; article sites are not article directories. With most article sites, your content can be publishes in less than a day (in most cases, instantly), which will gain you backlinks more quickly. Some examples of article sites include; Associated Content, Helium and Ehow. Most of these article sites also give you a cash reward for page views, but expect pennies. But, to use them for traffic, simply write an article with a link to your website. It is as simple as that. You can also ping the article’s url using Pingomatic or Pingler.com.

2.       Deep-Link Directories- This is a technique that was just introduced to me like 3 days ago. Google values a website with deep-linking more than just a high page rank index/main page. Deep-linking is when you have a high page rank for all pages of your site. This would include blog post. I also like deep-link directories better because you can constantly add new pages for higher page rank.

3.       Hubsites- Hubsites are a favorite of mine because they work like article directories, only you can get faster results in shorter amount of time. Article directories take up to a week for your article to be published, while with hubsites, it takes less than a day to get your articles indexed in the search engines. Some popular hubsites are; Hubpages, Xomba and Squidoo. Hubpages is the best in my opinion because your link will be dofollow, which will get more attention from the search engines. The other 2 hubsites mentioned have a ‘nofollow’ tag, but they can still boost your page rank to your website.

4.       Forum posting- This is probably the easiest method link building ever. Here is the thing about link-building though; you have to do it in volume in order for it to work. So, just think of it this way; in order to make one sale, you will need to post 50-100 post per day. While this does seem like a tedious project, you can surf and answer other people’s questions. Just make sure to edit your signature using a low competition filled word for your anchor text. That’s it! Every time you post a comment, your signature will instantly be added. Only use forums that have a page rank of 6 or higher.

5.       Multiple blog posting- Writing more than 5 post a day can be quite exhausting, but it is good for your traffic. I would suggest writing at least 10-20 blog post per day. Sometimes, most webmasters don’t have the time to do this themselves. I would suggest buying a PLR article pack. Most of them are affordable and can be found in popular webmaster forums.

6.       Facebook- Facebook has become one of the easiest and free marketing tools to use. Since Facebook is ‘dofollow’, marketers can use the ‘status update’ feature to tell about a new product or a website and add a link as well for Facebook members to use. I would suggest using a pre-existing Facebook page to market instead of creating a new one. It can become obvious that you are only using Facebook as a marketing tool and your account will instantly be banned.

Marijuana users twice as likely to cause car crash

LONDON, England (AP) — People who use marijuana before driving are nearly twice as likely to cause a car crash as those not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, according to a Canadian analysis of previous studies.
Experts at Dalhousie University in Canada reviewed nine studies of more than 49,000 people involved in accidents on public roads involving one or more motor vehicles, including cars, trucks, buses and motorcycles. Marijuana use was confirmed by blood tests or self-reporting.
Researchers found drivers who had used marijuana within three hours of beginning to drive had nearly double the risk of causing a collision, especially those that were fatal.
Marijuana is the most widely used illegal drug worldwide and rates of its use in drivers are increasing. A 2007 study in Scotland found 15 per cent of 537 drivers aged 17 to 39 had used marijuana within 12 hours.
Some experts said education campaigns about the dangers of doing drugs before driving wouldn't work.
People "will also need to be persuaded that they are at risk of their cannabis use being detected," wrote Wayne Hall of the University of Queensland in an accompanying editorial.
Hall said more research was needed to prove whether roadside drug testing, as introduced in parts of Australia and the US, actually prevents more drug-related car accidents.
